Claims & Loss History Processing

  • Claims Entry and Inquiry - Detail claims information may be manually entered and edited by policy.

  • Claims / Loss Report Generator – Detail, summary, annualized and net loss reports may be printed for selected carriers, policy types, states and lines-of-business.  Multiple imbedded report formats include:

    • Insured ID, insured name, policy number, date occurred, claimant name, claim status, litigated , paid loss and net incurred
    • Insured ID, insured name, written premium, earned premium, net incurred and loss ratio
    • Treaty year, policy count, total written premium, % change over prior year, earned premium, number of claims, paid loss, total expenses, recoveries, open reserves, open LAE, net incurred, loss ratio and number open claims

  • Import Loss History Detail Data – detail claims information including claim number, policy number, policy type, insured name, claimant name, claim type, claim status, paid loss, LAE paid, loss recovery, LAE recovery, open reserve, LAE reserve and total incurred may be imported.  The interface file format will be modified to conform to your specifications.

  • Import Loss History Summary Data – summary claims information by policy year may be imported to include policy number, insured name and DBA, number of claims, amount(s) incurred, paid losses, LAE reserves, paid LAE and loss ratio.

  • Summary Loss Reports – Summaries by carrier and LOB showing the calendar year, policy count, total incurred losses and the average incurred loss for your entire book-of-business.

  • Treaty Year Loss Runs – Detail treaty year reports may be printed and/or exported containing treaty year, claim number, policy number, loss date, date reported, open reserve, LAE reserve, paid loss, paid expense, recoveries, net loss incurred and claim status.
