Policy Renewal / Expiration Processing

• Policy Number Usage Reports – Carrier-specific reports of used policy number ranges and any “missing” or unused numbers within specific policy prefix and policy types.
  
  
• Renewal / Expiration Reports – Display or print detail listings of annualized premium values and summary statistics by carrier and underwriter of renewals and non-renewals by month over the requested date range.
  
  
• Underwriter Renewal Book-of-business Assignments – Complete control over selecting expiring policies by underwriter and/or line-of-business, assigning underwriters to work the renewals and printing the underwriter books, policy worksheets, associated loss reports and a complete alpha list by insured of all expiring policies.  Underwriting assignments may be set manually or automatic allocated by the system.
  
  
• Underwriter Renewal Status Reports – Detail analysis by policy of the renewal status (date solicited, application received, quoted, lost, bound and renewal premium) as the underwriters work the expiring policies for the requested date range.  Summary statistics of expiring counts and annualized renewal premium by LOB are also provided.
